Princess Treasures - Capturing Life's Crowning Moments from Babay Bumps to Golden Years

Terms & Conditions
1. Session Fee plus applicable taxes is required at the time of session
2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking "EVENT" coverage.
3. All deposits are non-refundable, in the event of a date change or cancellation for any reason.
4. A $0.45/ km travel fee will be applied to location shoots outside of the Niagara Falls/ St. Catharines city limits.
5. Please allow up to two weeks from the date of your Session for your proofs to be ready for viewing.
6. Due to the artistic nature of photography, completion dates are tentative; however, every effort will be made to remain within schedule.
7. Current rates are guaranteed to all orders received within three months of the date.
8. Additions but not deletions can be made to orders in progress.
9. The length of time a photograph retains its original quality depends on, among other things, the environment in which it is displayed or stored. To preserve the longevity of your photographs store them in a cool dry environment away from direct sunlight and in an acid free album or matte, without glass, plexi glass if protection is desired.
10. All work is guaranteed as to photographic quality and craftsmanship. Princess Treasures (here within known as "studio") shall not be held responsible for nonperformance due to mechanical failure, theft, acts of God, or any circumstances beyond its control. The studio's liability is strictly limited to the return of monies received.
11. All permits required will be obtained/ paid for by the customer.
12. It is understood that Princess Treasures is the exclusive & official photographers retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract and no outside camera sources will be permitted at the session. It is a closed session. In case of events, staged photos by Princess Treasures cannot be captured by any other camera. If this happens Princess Treasures has the right to end the session and leave, only making available the photos taken up to that point. No money will be refunded due to nonconformance with this contract.
13. Services beyond the terms of this contract including overtime caused by delays not within the control of the studio will be charged at $25/ hour, 1 hr minimum charge.
14. The studio reserves the right to use negatives/photos and/or reproductions for purposes of display, exhibitions, contests, advertising, publication and other purposes. Negatives/ proofs remain the exclusive property of Princess Treasures (subsidiary of 1746888 Ontario Ltd), therefor protected by copy right laws. Limited reproduction rights for personal use may be purchased by Client at the cost of $150. All clients are to sign a release contract in acknowledgement of photos being used in this manner and accepted as a release. Persons under 18yrs of age will need their legal guardian's signature. This release needs to be signed before the session begins.
